Invitation To Join Her Support Team

My name is Coach Nana. I’m a weight loss and fitness coach - and I’ve been working with and coaching women for over 15 years.

And if there’s one thing I learned during that time, it’s this:

Most women don’t struggle with losing weight OR KEEPING IT OFF because they don’t know what to do or because they lack motivation.  

No.

In many cases they struggle because their approach is missing a few key elements including - Support & Accountability

In my experience, and many studies have shown this, the right kind of social support can significantly improve both weight loss AND long term weight maintenance in women.

Support works because it helps people stay consistent. 

It might mean:  

  • Encouraging them

  • Checking in occasionally

  • Respecting their boundaries

  • Helping them through challenging situations

  • And just generally helping them stay consistent and on track

And that is exactly what this is about.

It’s about being part of someone’s support team, or ... as we call it - their S TEAM.

But, so you have a little more context, let me quickly tell you about the program.
